On return call they ask for your full name in order to help you. I asked what they want to help me with and they insist on your full name so they can tell you. They wanted name and credit card details and refuse to give anything else about who they are.

Sounded like a scam saying from Ebay.... Asking me if I had purchased from eBay $200 item from China.. I hadn't used ebay for over 2 years... Told him I didn't trust him... Hung up as wanted to download an app...
