Called after business hour, gave missed call when I called back number was disconnected

Robocall - does not answer when called back - says number unavailable.

Rang and hung up. Rang back a few time but constantly engaged.

Offered an energy provider comparison. I said I’m not an account holder for an energy bill, and asked for my name and number to be removed from their database.

When answered, said I was the only caller in this teleconference and hung up

Waste of time, don’t answer. Has nothing better else to do.

Scam. I Answered the phone, it was someone speaking to me slowly about an "electricity bill" and asked if I received it which I ended the call as electricity is included in my rent so I don't deal with electricity bills at all. He was speaking to me as if I had one.
