Scam / Robocall
This is a scam and likely identity theft. The deal is too good to be true, which is the first red flag. The sending email domain is not Telus and does not forward to Telus, is a second red flag. The attached PDF offer is terribly written and is not professional, so a final red flag.

This is a SCAM and FRAUD. You will be offered "50% discount on home service bills, Cell phones & TV Cable". Scam / Robocall
Ok guys so this guy here who says his name is XXXX XXXXX and says he is calling from the Telus sales department, and that he has a promotional deal where first Telus will pay of all of your other agreement plans, then he says that he will be giving new Samsung s20 ultra for $0 with $45 dollar plan. So this guy is a legit scam first of all telus doesn't have a plan where they will give you $2,000 dollar phone on $45 dollor plan, don't fall for this guy.

Will harass you if they don't get what they want. They got away with my drivers licence number. They keep calling and trying to blackmail me for my credit card.
