Scam. Lady on the phone is shady and when you are trying to get off the phone, she gets rude and hangs up without any questions. Keeps calling me everyday and leaves no voicemail. Last time TD actually called me and it was legit, they left me a voicemail and told me to contact them, visit their website or take an appointment to their branch near me. Block this number.

Called me and was very insistent about me taking advantage of this promo being offered to TD credit card users. When I said I wasn't interested, the lady proceeded to insist that I should get it anyways. She pushed for my email and other personal details despite me repeating that I'm not interested.

They will pose as TD ID assist. It's fake

Just got a call today claiming to be from TD ID assist. They will ask for your DOB and address. DO NOT TRUST THEM! However they do know my name and postal code which was really weird.

Well nice way to cut the comment but basically what I was saying is: TD is aware of the service and do not consider it a scam. But if you ask too much questions about it and ask to cancel it, they will cancel it. Just be insistant that you want it cancelled from their side and if the person on the phone doesn't know what it is, ask them to ask a manager or something. Worked for me

On 1 december they called me, and XXXXXX me, gave some info on my Birthday and stuff. They said they call from TD bank. and today, I've been billed by ID assist 23 dollars!

I don't know if it's a scam/robocall or telemarketing but it is persistent enough that I chose red. I have been getting these calls since February 8 and they have increased to the point this week where I am getting them every day at least twice a day at all different times. If this is the TD Bank in good faith, they should leave a message and then stop calling. Or send an email like usual (don't waste trees by snail mail).

Sounds like a scam. They rang me up, lady voice offering to sell me some TD insurance credit score or something. They have my name which was worrying. I thought it was suspicious that TD was calling me so I asked to verify their identity and they failed to do so then I hang up.

I received a call from the same number, but my phone has blocked it. I wasn't sure who call b/c the didn't leave a message. My option is.... If they don't leave a message..... BLOCK THEM.

White pages look up says this is S. Vien in Pointe-Aux-Trembles, QC but I do not know this person. I have blocked this number but my phone will ring once. The caller has called me 6 times in 4 days at different hours so I presume it's a robo-dialer testing when someone is at home.

Picked up on June 3rd no answer, ever since then I've been getting calls by it every other day I dont even pick up but it keeps calling( June 29th)

Offre de protection du credit, anonce que l'appel est enregistrer, parle extremement vite. Sois disant venant de TD offrant un service de protection contre le vol d'identité et fraude, elle demande de confirmer mes informations personelle que je n'ai pas fournie, lorsque que j'ai demandé qui suis-je, il y a eu un silence complet et coupure de la ligne.

When she said she wanted to offer me a service to protect me credit I definitely became suspicious. As she continued to tell me her spiel I interrupted with questions of my own. She kept right on reading her script. I told her I was not interested. I would like to know for real if this was a scam.

J’ai cru au début que c’était un appel frauduleux, mais j’ai contacté Td et c’est réellement un service offert. J’ai vérifié avec l’agent du service Td le numéro et c’est belle et bien un numéro de leur service.

Elle dit que c'est la Synthèse carte crédit TD et veut me proposer les rapports crédit, j'ai pas trop compris car elle parlait trop vite. Moi je dis, peu n'importe quel service que vous proposez, je n'ai pas besoin d'autre service, et je vais ignorer le service que vous proposez.. Et puis elle est silent :))
