Mrs "Someone" from Canada Revenue Agency, she says. The number I got to call back was 1-800-385-XXXX, which isn't a working number, though it's almost impossible to hear them so I'm not sure I am hearing it correctly and yes, if you call back the 613 number, you can't get through. I found this on the web regarding that number, asking you to answer calls from that number, from U of T, regarding mandatory quarantine for returning students from abroad? I think it's a cloned number. If anyone talks

Left a VM saying they are the CRA and to call them back. When you dial this number back its just a busy signal.
