Thank you for publishing this webpage. I'm Paul, and I am exposing crooked Ballard massive fraud and corruption. I do want a criminal investigation yet, because the way I'm doing it, is called karma. You cant auction a property twice, having a new owner, then auction it again with under the original owner. This is money laundering at an unseen level. Karma always comes back and bites you in the ass!
