I have not used home phone for ages as lots of nuisance scam calls before. Switched on again & lots multiple times day from this one. I need to block the number

Calls each day on home phone, when I answer it says you have a message from the Islamabad centre. Then gives a URL address. I just hang up. Have now blocked them with 1572 on my home phone so hopefully I won’t hear from them again. This is the number that I managed to get by checking on 1471 on my landline 020 3641 1643

Phoned just now - didn't answer - they left a message about a Dart Charge account (which I don't have)

Scam call don't answer it I wist that the tps service would block all scam calls I am registered with the tps and still get annoying calls I'm thinking about having no phones at all now as calls like this really annoy ne and I thought they are illegal

Automated message every day. Nuisance every day.

Alleges it's a Dart Charge notification of payment taken from your account for a crossing made at the Dartford crossing today. No such crossing made.

Informing me that my order was ready to be picked up. The code was one which I apparently need to pick up the parcel. Genuine call.

Maybe marketing…if so the product is computer security supplied by overseas company and seemed legit to me

I just had this number ring me for the second time in a week.

Incompetent idiot blocked my phone line by leaving the call open.

Voicemail from Amazon delivery driver telling me where he had left my parcel. Genuine call and parcel exactly where he stated it was.

Called over 12 times today nobody on the other end. Could be a premium rate call back scam, block and save yourself the hassle.

A woman left a message, which was complete rubbish about AW VF and other Gobildygook which was impossible to understand.

User on 15th August must be the scammer. Not hmrc. HMRC No is 0300 200 3300. Idiotic and stupid.

Overwriting the block function on my bt phone. So cannot block it. 😒 ringing 10 + times a day getting annoying now!

Really? HMRC? I very much doubt that the HMRC have now taken on arranging Booster Shots!! At least that was the garbled computer message the call (badly) left on my phone. Definitely SPAM!

This may have been the number of a scammer in the past. I can confirm that it is now in use by HMRC and it will be the code that you requested in order to log in to the Government Gateway and review or submit taxes, change details, examine working tax credit etc.

This is a SCAMMER, they ring once and hope you will ring them back to save their phone bills. Blame BT for not blocking them, BT does not block them because it creates an outgoing ring back call on your bill and if they blocked them BT would lose revenue. Don't bother with Ofgem, they are useless.

Called mobile and landlines several times yesterday and today - answered calls but no-one there

Called two consecutive days from the same number but both were automated call, reading out a message full of 'asterisk' which suggests the call was a text message. Made no sense at all.

Rings me and no one there

I tried to find out who had called and received a message to the effect that I had allowed it and that if I wish to stop the calls I would have to contact the company......... Who is??????
