I was locked in my room, due to a broken latch mechanism - was quoted £49 on the phone. That’s the call out fee an additional £69+VAT is charged for the actual labour. He then offered to take the broken latch out but just drilled into a XXXXX that was absolutely fine, leaving the metal in. When I commented, he said it was broken before and now I’ve got to fix it or pay him more. Minimum charge will be £141.60 including VAT.

I made very clear over the phone that I couldn't get into the property, and need the lock to be replaced. I was told over the phone that the labor cost is £49. The guy turned up and want more than £150 + vat for removing my existing lock, plus £49 excluding vat as call out fee, plus the cost of new lock. He even made his own story saying that I told him my door was open. If my door was open, why do I need the locksmith to open the door and replace the lock? It's the problem of moral and ho

Can only same the same as the other comments. Drilled the lock when it wasn't necessary, and then had to replace the lock at an exorbitant price. Even worse the lock broke 3 weeks later and the wanted £550 to come out and fix it again. Use this company at your peril, they are will fleece you rotten.

The worst emergency locksmith company ever! Stay away, they seem to be registered, but the guy who came to fix our door suggested using a piece of string to keep door handle in place. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY!!!

They charge a moderate call out fee, then drill your lock unnecessarily and charge exorbitant fee.
