SCAM asking for bank details to release parcel, Not born yesterday!

The comments saying this is genuine are false. Its common for fraudsters to comment on these threads themselves. I already paid my fees through the merchant in advance. Just had this call, Gave my email and I'm waiting to receive it so I can report the email address they're using. No not every call is a 'scam' but this one is. And no customs charges aren't due to Brexit!! Such fake comments and both on the same day what a coincidence...

This is genuinely UPS, - no scam! Had an email from them about a package we were expecting (albeit very late, But that's the case with UPS at the moment), Followed up a few minutes later by a call from this number.

This actually IS the UPS customs team. Every phone call you get isn't automatically a "scam". It could be good old fashioned incompetence. PS, My call was genuine, Package held at customs due to Brexit.

Called pretending to be from dhl requesting address - SCAM

Fake UPS call centre claiming a delivery I was expecting was being held until I paid shipping costs and wanting all my details. If you had a genuine postage cost to pay they would already know your details. Disgusting scam

Claim to be a department for UPS saying I had to create a standing order to clear extra shipping costs. Obvious scam.
