Dodgy dodgy... do not call or answer under any circumstances

It was like a virus, so i clicked onto a link and it started flooding my screen with the number telling me to ring it

Visiting a malicious website on iPhone causes the phone to attempt dialling this number repeatedly a few times per second (everything else stops responding on the phone). To fix, I pressed volume up, volume down, then held down the power button until iphone restarts.
