Told me my parcel from France is being held by DHL until I pay £230. Said I would receive email with link to pay bill. Had no email, so I went to the DHL tracking page. There's nothing on the tracking for my parcel about owing money.

Received a phone call and a photocopy of a letter purportedly from DHL regarding outstanding customs duty on a package I received from China at Christmas. I ignored both. Then sent a more demanding letter a month later threatening collection agency if I didn’t phone this number and pay. It’s a scam. The number isn’t on DHL’s website and the grammar in the letter is dodgy. Don’t respond!
