Stop spam calls

This number claimed to be Parcel Force and it was. Parcel delivered at time specified

Got a text from pracelforce about a delivery. Then seconds later, a text from this number, about that delivery. It had all the details of my delivery. Even including the 12 digit reference number. It asked me to reply to confirm if I wanted it a different day. Where the genuine text for parcel force didn't ask for a reply, but gave me a link

Rang my mobile, no message left, probably a scam call. I don’t answer calls that do not show caller ID, even if it is someone that I should talk to. If a call is that important, then the caller will find a way of making real contact.

I tried phoning customer services to stop them sending texts (33 in one day!) even after my parcel was delivered, but there's no facility to speak to a person It's all automated

I keep getting messages from this number -I don't have a smart phone so it is difficult to see precisely what it says. I did receive a parcel a few days ago - now I keep getting this message all the 22 times today - It is either a scam or a malfunction of the Parcel Force server!!! HELP

I received a text before my delivery by Parcel Force and then one every hour after the delivery. It appears to be a fault in their system. I tried phoning them but cannot contact them. Their automated service needs to be repaired.

Had 6 of these texts this morning - have tried to text back asking who the sender is - all that happens is that they keep re-sending the same text. If it is Parcel Force they need to sort out their marketing and use their name I have been caused a great deal of upset as I had no idea who was the sender. Certainly wont be using them for ANY OF MY PARCELS!!! By 8.30pm the number of texts had risen to 14. Now I am going to classify this number as a scam

Text message with confirmation of delivery, tracking number and link. I was wary at first so went directly to Parcel force's website and added the tracking number, it is legit

Definitely safe. I didn't click the link but did check Parcelforce's website independently which confirmed the tracking code was correct and stated an SMS had been sent to be with delivery options. Chose an option and saw the tracking update.

Wow so many comments who think parcelforce’s text alerts are a scam. If you check your tracking number on the parcelforce website it shows “SMS sent to recipient” at the same time you get a message from this number - it’s a genuine service. It gives you the option to rearrange delivery for the next day, Two working days or have the item taken to the post office. Link was to the parcelforce. Com domain so clearly not a scam. It’s good that people are vigilant against phishing links in SMS message

Just to the comments. Received text ok. People may think it’s a scam cause they are not expecting a parcel but the senders may have input their customers number incorrectly and so random person gets the text.

Received via BT Text Store. Copied voice of the voice text to say that a parcel would be delivered later that day. Unfortunately for them, The Parcelforce, To which they referred, Had come early & he reported it as being false.

Royal mail claiming to be delivering a parcel, And would I like to click the options. Scary thing is I was due a parcel from parcel force and it came same day, But never clicked any links etc etc.... SCREAMS SCAM.....

SMS supposedly from parcelforce about a delivery from CB. I have nothing on order, Did not click the link but the tracking number does work. Says it will be delivered this morning but i cant see that as the parcel is in Milton Keynes and im in Hull.

Text claiming to be from parcelforce delivering my ‘Argos outlet’ parcel haven’t ordered anything nor am I expecting anything. Also sent a link which I won’t click because most likely a scam
