Stop spam calls

Texts received claiming to be from BT asking me to complete a survey about my "recent experience" with them - which I don't have - and to text back STOP if I don't want to receive further messages. Number blocked & messages deleted as this is very likely a scam.

Claims to be plusnet asking for feedback on the service. I'm not on plusnet.

This is part of an elaborate Scam, they first start by trying to get you to fill in a BT customer satisfaction survey. If you answer it they know that the number is live, they then sell your details onto the next scammer as a live number. So yes it’s part of a Scam, my advice is forward text to xxxxx or report all scam/cold texts and calls to the ICO they will get the number blocked. And the look into the company or persons involved. Hope this helps others.

Pretending to be BT for some reason, Asking me to rate them on how they handled a fictitious fault.

A text supposedly from Plusnet (I am with them) asking me to do a survey. Plusnet never send texts, IF they were to do a survey a link would arrive via email. Number blocked.

Scam stating they are doing a survey and are Plusnet. Probably lure you in once you answer. Block and delete!!!

Saying from BT, Wanted me to rate them on how they dealt with recent fault, Or press 1 and reply if want to opt out. Not had a fault its a scam

Text purporting to be from BT Scam.

Received a text saying: Hello, BT here. You spoke to our advisor today at 13:20. Can you tell us what you thought please? Three questions are on their way. To opt-out, Please reply with STOP. Thanks. Haven't spoken to BT at all so seems dodgy

Received a text which I have not opened but the notification reads, "Based on your experience of the way we dealt with your fault, How likely are you to.........". I have not reported a fault to anybody for sometime, So it could be a scam.
