This is 3 and ID mobile answer phone service. People getting HMRC messages are nothing to do with this number. Anybody can leave a message on answer machine. Number is safe there should not be a warning on number..

Users of the ID network or 3 etc ring this to get their messages that have been left for them it's not the XXXXXX phone number who leaves the silly messages that's a separate number that's in the blocked list or in your phone who's rung me list

This number relates to ID and other company who share the network it's the mobile users own answerphone not the actual number from the caller who leaves the XXXXXX messages
