Got a missed call from this number after requesting a PAC code a few days ago from EE. Never upgraded with them & have sim only, Had mini wifi for 3 years, Home broadband (6mps only which is shocking for £34. 08 a month now out of the 18month deal & initial sim only phone bill was only £10 a month now £16 which I cannot justify for these bills at just over £50 per month) for 2 years & now going to vodafone as both combined save £20 per month for faster speeds & lots of data a month for my needs.

I didn't answer, However I did cancel my contract as they were not able to give any discount on an upgrade after being with them for many years. I agree with the previous review that they need to look at how they deal with long standing customers. The model of phone I was looking to get I can get elsewhere for half the cost and on the ee network. How does that work!!!!!!

Amazing, I did not answer but the below reviews are right. I received my call 30 mins after receiving and requesting my PAC code. EE need to review their contract and Sim charges especially when you are a loyal customer of 18 years plus from the Orange days I had 2 contracts with them. Purchased phone outright and obtaining a sim from another provider.

This makes sense that it is EE. I did a PAC request and took a new contract with Plusnet after changing to one of their SIM only plans ( more data, £10 less per month).

EE I requested a PAC code yesterday as I am joining Three Can get way more data for less than what EE have been charging me and their upgrade prices were astronomical and I'm SIM only. I've never had a replacement upgrade phone with this lousy provider in all the time I've been with them (over 4 years)

I got a call from this number after requesting a PAC code by text message. I think it's probably EE wanting to persuade me to stay, Chose not to answer, As have found a better deal with another mobile phone operator and nothing they say will make me stay.

I want to thank those on this site who clarified who this number belonged to. They called me today just after PAC code was requested as I decided to join Three. Didn't hear the phone ring so just as well as I would've told them that their charges were way above what they should be and it was costing me a small fortune.

Keeps calling 2 or 3 times a day after cancelling contract with EE.

Missed 2 calls from this number today. I've requested a PAC code in past 24 hours to switch away from EE. Based on reviews on this site and others, Confident it's EE trying to find out why i'm leaving.

A warning came up as my Moby rang. I just hung up. I'm not going to answer any that show warnings.
