Snail Mail SCAM. Bright pink letter in envelope with huge window, no return address on letter or envelope. "FINAL NOTICE"....."FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU"....."NEW HOME WARRANTY"....blah - blah - blah.... With actual (my) address and name of lender in body of letter. 'Respond by' date 1 week away. I really hate these predators.

Scam - using publicly available info on your mortgage to bait you into signing up for a warranty contract. They also send letters which include several misleading or semi-misleading statements such as "the property's home warranty at [...], may be expiring", and statements making it sound like you're running out of time: "extremely urgent and time sensitive", "Immediate Response Requested". The letter includes a reference to your Lender to lend credibility.

I got this pink slip also. It says final notice. Makes it look like it is from Wells Fargo. Then tries to sound like it is something you have to have. Big time scam! I called my the local bank listed and it is a BIG fraud/scam. Their advise was to just shred it and forget about it. They need to get a real job. This pink paper they print on is ridiculous!

I received a pink letter like others with a Final Notice on the letterhead. They can stop wasting their paper and ink with the scamming methods they have. It's irritating to see anything with even part of the info in regards to me, my home, or any other business connections I have. They will have to find another sucker I'm not the one.

I played there game when I called them and told them off and to never send me anything again.

Scammer, sending pink letter in the mail stating urgency to call for a final notice for an expired home warranty. Backdated, arrived in the mail 7 days after the required response date. Stated in letter who I bank with and required immediate response. Gave a fake customer id on letter. This is a scam, they attempt phishing for personal information such as usernames, passwords, card numbers, etc.

They sent letter to me makes it looks like they are with my mortgage bank, and there's some serious matter I need to call them for. I called and immediately they learned I'm not interested in buying their product they hang it directly without letting me finish my sentence. Very rude and looks like scam.
