The lady started off by saying she was from "Chase" and giving her "employee ID" and sating "this call will be monitored". And that she was calling about my car (naming the correct model) being in an accident back in January and that it was a total loss. Well I have never been in a wreck first off nor did she sound professional enough to be an employee of Chase. She was fishing for information. I simply said "this is a scam and not to call me again" and hung up then blocked the number.
