I received 2 calls/VM (#s I don't know go to vm) from a local Mobile Eye19-237-3327 one was from a Maggie and the other was a Morgan, saying they were calling on behalf of (not with) UHC asking me to call 1-855-261-5716 as they had important information for me. So I called UHC directly and spoke with a Hazel, who looked into it, and yes, Heal Pro is Partnered with UHC for Mobile Eye exams. Anytime its "on behalf of" not "with" a company, check into it, as most of time its a scam.

I believe this to be a scam she called me from I believe her cell phone number and then told me to call the 855 number

Recieved a call claiming to be United Healthcare, they are not.

This number is the inbound number for Heal Pros, who works with multiple other health insurance agencies to offer mobile diabetic eye screening services.

My phone say spam and call is be screened and they hang up. They called 3 times to today and the last one said in the first msg they've left, that it was United Healthcare which is my insurance, asking me to call to have the set an appointment for Ace prescreen appointment.

They told me they were from my Medicare supplement company. Then wanted my birthday..a red flag popped up in my head and I asked for a number to call back and who to ask for because I was uncomfortable. That gave me 855-261-5716 and to ask for health pros! This site popped up

I called UHC and spoke with a rep. Rep did not see any out-bound calls from who the contract with and did not know who they are. Suspicious call

They are safe. They call on behalf of United Healthcare for retinal screening for those who can't travel to the doctor office.

This is not a scam. I called back and they did not ask me for any information but knew who I was based on the phone number. They were setting up appointments on behalf of UnitedHealthcare for retinal screenings for diabetic patients. I told them I'd already had a screening a few weeks back at my doctor's office and they thanked me and that was it.
