Phishing scam, do as the one person did, DON'T reply to it and then log into your account to check if any charges are on your card. Best method is to have your debit cards in freeze status until you are ready to use it.
Received text stating it was from my credit union with last 4 digits of my debit card asking if I had made a purchase for $1. Asking to reply YES or NO. I did not reply and logged in to my account and saw no activity. Then found the number on this search. Phishing Scam.
Posing as Bank of the Ozarks fraud detection center. Alerting me to a charge at Best Buy that was actually fraudulent this morning but the number stating a different amount...I had already caught on my account and had the card canceled before the call. My mom had the same number call her a couple of days ago, we use the same bank. Definitely scammers trying to dig up info but I didn't bother to give them the time of day.

Got a text, saying fraud was detected on a recent paypal purchase, did you authorize a charge of so much, to this this place. Called said I don’t no maybe I did maybe not. Buy lots online. Told them ok I don’t think I did. Then gave them my card num and what not, and said the card was cancelled. Fiserv is legit. I worked at BayBank in Waltham, MA who used their technology back in the 90s. Fiserv does fraud prevention services. My credit card was compromised by some Sichaun Airlines for $2K so I called 8337632033 and had my credit card shut down.
